Siding Concerns
| Note the wrinkling, loose appearance of the vinyl siding. The fasteners were found improperly applied, the wall sheathing beneath the vinyl was not a suitable nailable type and the siding fasteners could be pulled out by fingers. |
Other Improper Fastening
Note the tight fastening of the vinyl siding, the material is required to be installed so that the expansion and contraction of the material can occur. That was part of the findings on the home shown above.
