  There can be many problems relating to plumbing concerns, one of the most considerable concerns would be the failure to identify leaks properly.

  Imagine a slight pin-hole water leak under pressure, this can be enough to introduce not only severe damage to walls but can provide nearly undetected (until problems develop) water migration into the floor cavity (as the floor is cutout for plumbing access to drain).

 Although the photo shows what appears as a water leak causation concern, another concern is the lack of proper sealing of the plumbing access cover under the home.  The access cover being loose is allowing hot/humid summer crawlspace temperatures to hit the interior air-conditioned temperatures of the wall, thus increasingly adding to moisture concerns within this home.
