| Moisture concerns can occur from many different causes - poor installation of roof flashings, poor maintainance of flashings, or even occuring in different roof area and migrating to a vent opening. A thourough review should always be completed to assure that the causation is accurately noted. |

Improper Installation of Skirting
| Note the intrusion of rainwater entering the crawlspace perimeter due to the improper installation of the vinyl skirting material. Imagine how this added perimeter moisture acts upon a ventilated wall cavity (metal siding) when the water is trapped within the crawlspace and outside air temperatures soar with eventual sunshine. As the interior of the home is air-conditioned, the exterior ventilated wall cavity acts to allow the moisture laden air of the crawlspace to migrate into the exterior wall. |
