Harold L. Mouser has provided expert witness testimony in federal, state, and local courts in Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Harold has also provided expert witness and testimony services in various arbitration cases in Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana.
The testimony tendered has been in the various fields of manufactured housing construction, including but not limited to; production process, code regulations and requirements of HUD Code part 3280, 3282, 3285 & 3286, quality control procedures, design, service and repair, costing estimates, installation (home foundation and sundry issues), site preparation and conditions, electrical, plumbing, mechanical installations, moisture issues, forensic analysis of condensation issues, and others that may be under standard industry and custom practices.
